Bad Etsy Purchase

Has anyone ever had a bad Etsy purchase? Well I've only ever had one and I have to write about this awful experience that I've had with a recent etsy purchase from Claudia The Cupcake Lady based out of Miami Florida (https://www.etsy.com/shop/ClaudiaCupcakeLady). I ordered 24 pink fondant minnie bows for the twins' birthday, I ordered them a month in advance mind you, gave her the event date and she responded telling me I was scheduled! A week before the event I contacted her asking a status and didn't hear anything back... I kept contacting her up until the event date came and went. After the event day I asked her to cancel my order and provide me with a full credit. No correspondence back. So I opened a paypal dispute and they heard nothing back! So I noticed the items status changed to shipped on March 10th, I contacted the seller and asked her why she sent it when I asked for a full refund, and why did she send it 2 weeks late?!?! She responded "I'm Really sorry I have had a big family emergency in which is why all the orders for that week have been delayed and my shop went on vacation. As you can see I had never had any issues prior. Once again I apologize". Well I'm sorry lady but if you own a business and you have an emergency then cancel the time sensitive orders instead of making them and shipping them 2 weeks after the event took place. Paypal said to refuse the shipment, but I couldn't do that either because she didn't leave a return address! So I called paypal and them refunded my money! The guy was super cool and said, "Well if she wants her items back she should leave a return address"! So please please please do not purchase anything from her!
